1. Settlement of Bets
Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of American Football, including overtime, unless otherwise stated. For bets to stand, at least 55 minutes of play must have elapsed, unless the outcome of the specific market has already been determined.
2. Postponed Matches
If a match is postponed and not played on its scheduled kick-off date, all bets will be void.
3. Abandoned Matches
If a match is abandoned before the end of the game (including overtime), all bets will be void. This does not apply to markets whose outcomes have already been determined before the abandonment, such as First Touchdown Scorer bets.
4. Change of Venue
If a match is played at a different venue than originally advertised, bets will stand provided the home team remains designated as the home team and the venue has not been changed to the opponent’s ground.
If the home and away teams are reversed, all bets placed on the original listing will be void.
5. Totals / Sides Betting
All stakes will be refunded if the final score lands exactly on the handicap line (commonly known as a “push”).
6. Pre-Game Props
The game must be completed for bets to stand unless the outcome of the market has already been determined.
7. First / Last Touchdown Scorer
Bets are offered on which player will score the first or last touchdown of the game, or whether no touchdown will be scored. An Anytime Touchdown Scorer market is also available for players who score at any point during the game.
“Field” refers to any player not specifically listed.
Players must be active (as defined in the official NFL Game Book) for bets to have action.
Bets on listed players who do not play will be void.
If a touchdown is scored by a player on Defense or Special Teams, the market will be settled as Team Defense / Special Teams rather than an individual player.
8. First / Last Team to Score

Overtime counts for these markets.

Player statistics remain valid regardless of trades during the season.
All bets stand regardless of the number of games played.
13. Futures / Season Bets
NFL regular-season wins and matchups are based on teams completing all scheduled regular-season games.
14. Quarter and Half Markets
For bets relating to a specific quarter or half, the entire period must be completed unless the outcome has already been determined.
15. Lowest / Highest Scoring Team
Only teams quoted within the market are considered.
Dead-Heat rules apply where applicable.
16. Will Either Team Score 3 Unanswered Times?
This market concerns whether either team will score three consecutive times during the game.

Point After Touchdowns (PATs)
Two-point conversions
17. In-Play Game Bets
Unless otherwise stated, overtime is included.
The game, quarter, or half must be completed for bets to stand unless the outcome has already been determined.
18. Team to Commit First Penalty
Settlement is determined by the first team flagged for a penalty, regardless of whether the penalty is accepted or declined.
19. Revised Half-Time Markets
Markets revised at halftime for the second half of the match include overtime.
If the game ends in a tie, all stakes will be refunded.
20. First Offensive Play Yard Line
Settlement is determined by the yard line where the first offensive play from scrimmage occurs.
If the kickoff is returned for a touchdown, bets will be settled based on the following kickoff.
In the event of a turnover, settlement is based on where the receiving team’s first offensive play takes place.
21. In-Running (LIVE)
Prices quoted apply to the entire game, including any overtime played.
talkSPORT BET reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time.

In the event of a safety, turnover on downs, or expiration of time, all bets in that market will be void.
